UPDATE January 2023:

Right now, we’re no longer requiring masks to be worn in the loft.

Laurén is double booking, which will make it much easier for you to find an appointment and hopefully not have to wait as long for one!

This means when booking online you could be double booked with another person. If you’d prefer to not be double booked, please TEXT Laurén to book your appointment! We will be requiring a credit card on file the same way you would for online booking.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. 

Although we have been flexible with our cancellation policy during COVID-19 and understand that although things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment with short notice, we will still be enforcing this policy.

Our current cancellation policy is that we ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. Our cancellation fee IS being enforced for any cancellation, no-show, or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Any cancellation or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
